Compare and contrast: draft 1
Compare and Contrast Between Two Different Kinds of Stores
Both small grocery stores and large supermarket stores have the same purpose, that is, they all sell goods to buyers. Yet, the way and the attitudes of sale in grocery stores are quite different from large supermarket stores, such as the prices, service, and food. According to these following facts, you will know the differences between these two stores.
The prices of grocery stores are different from those of large supermarket stores. For instance, the prices of grocery stores are high because the fewer goods are on sale. Yet, the prices of large supermarket stores are lower than those of grocery stores due to the fact that large supermarket stores sell a good deal of goods.
In addition, the service of small grocery stores is worse than that of large supermarket stores. In small grocery stores the seller’s attitude toward the customs is impatient and abominable; in contrast, in large supermarket stores the seller’s attitude toward the customs is patient and genial.
Furthermore, the food in large supermarket stores is fresher than that in small grocery stores. The food in large supermarket stores will be changed and checked every day. However, if the food in grocery stores is not bought by buyer, it will continue to be sold by seller whether the food is fresh or not.
Although these two stores both sell goods for customs, their ways and attitudes of sale are quite different, including the prices, service, and food. In my opinion, I prefer the large supermarket stores to the small grocery stores because of the above facts between two stores.
